1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LumenForge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Highroad Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded hardware you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer the App or your rights to it.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

3. AI model files — your responsibility

LumenForge does not bundle AI model weights. You supply your own model files. By loading a model file into the App, you represent that you have the legal right to use it under its applicable license. Highroad Software is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or licensing terms of any third-party model you choose to use.

4. Generated content — your responsibility

All images and videos generated by the App are produced on your device using model files and prompts you supply. You are solely responsible for any content you create.

You agree not to use the App to generate content that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation.
Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Depicts child sexual abuse material or any illegal content.
Is used to harass, defame, or harm any person.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Highroad Software and protected by copyright law.

Content you generate belongs to you, subject to the license terms of the AI model used to produce it. Highroad Software makes no claim to generated content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HIGHROAD SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGHROAD SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL HIGHROAD SOFTWARE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Updates and termination

Highroad Software may update or discontinue the App at any time without notice. These Terms apply to all current and future versions of the App. Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
